Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a strong background in HR, recruiting, and administrative support to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. The ideal candidate will possess a local and stable work history and hold at least an associate degree or higher. This role supports our recruitment process by reviewing resumes, qualifying candidates, and managing interview schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the HR and recruitment processes, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Evaluate and qualify candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
- Schedule and manage interview processes, ensuring timely and efficient coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records related to the recruitment process.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and internal teams, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Proven experience in HR, recruiting, and resume reviewing.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Demonstrated local and stable work history.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
