Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments of systems.
- Assist with the installation and startup of new refrigeration systems.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and system performance.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure a skilled workforce.
- Experience with NH3 (ammonia refrigeration) systems.
- CIRO or RETA certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in industrial refrigeration, particularly in food processing plants, cold storage facilities, or chemical plants.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
