Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Plumbing Project Manager in all phases of commercial plumbing projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate with project teams to prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and schedules to support accurate project planning and execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain relationships and meet project requirements.
- Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid to track project progress, document changes, and report performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations, particularly those specific to commercial plumbing installations in Orange, CA.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing, with hands-on experience in project coordination or management.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including tenant improvements, medical gas systems, and large-scale installations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including estimators, supervisors, and field staff.
- A local and stable work history is required, as is a strong knowledge of the Orange, CA, area's building codes and regulations.
