Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any issues that arise.
- Support the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial and military construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
