Job Description:

The BAS Customer Service/Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our technical team, ensuring the delivery of top-notch services while maximizing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and at least 2+ years of experience in customer service and account management, specifically within the commercial building automation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with our commercial clients, serving as the main point of contact for all customer-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project scopes, timelines, and expectations are communicated and met.
  • Monitor account health and customer satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and reviews with clients to assess the performance of our services and identify opportunities for improvement or upselling.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports to both the clients and internal management teams.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including generating new leads and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and account management, specifically in the commercial building automation industry.
  • Stable work history.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of building automation systems and services.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service technologies.
