Job Description:
The BAS Customer Service/Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our technical team, ensuring the delivery of top-notch services while maximizing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and at least 2+ years of experience in customer service and account management, specifically within the commercial building automation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with our commercial clients, serving as the main point of contact for all customer-related inquiries and concerns.
- Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project scopes, timelines, and expectations are communicated and met.
- Monitor account health and customer satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and reviews with clients to assess the performance of our services and identify opportunities for improvement or upselling.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports to both the clients and internal management teams.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including generating new leads and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and account management, specifically in the commercial building automation industry.
- Stable work history.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of building automation systems and services.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service technologies.
