Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential customers to our BAS offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Engage in detailed discussions with clients to determine system requirements and provide estimates.
Stay updated with the latest trends in the BAS industry to inform customers and offer relevant solutions.
Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective BAS solutions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in the client base.
Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback for continual improvement.
Participate in industry events, seminars, and workshops to network and showcase our offerings.
Qualifications:
Must be based in or around Jacksonville, NC.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the BAS or related industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of building automation systems, technologies, and market trends.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to forge lasting relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
