Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential customers to our BAS offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Engage in detailed discussions with clients to determine system requirements and provide estimates.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the BAS industry to inform customers and offer relevant solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective BAS solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in the client base.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback for continual improvement.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, and workshops to network and showcase our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Must be based in or around Jacksonville, NC.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the BAS or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of building automation systems, technologies, and market trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to forge lasting relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
- Stable work history, showcasing commitment and expertise in previous roles.
