We are a leading building automation controls company seeking an experienced and motivated Building Automation Controls Sales/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation, service, and programming of building automation systems, as well as experience in sales, estimating, and project management. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients for building automation controls projects.

  2. Estimate project costs accurately, considering materials, labor, and other factors.

  3. Manage all aspects of building automation controls projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and completion.

  4. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time and within budget.

  5. Oversee project teams, including field personnel and subcontractors, to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

  6. Utilize knowledge of BACnet, Alerton, ALC, Tridium, and Niagara systems to design and implement efficient and effective building automation solutions.

  7. Ensure seamless communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  8. Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in installation, service, and programming of building automation systems, including BACnet, Alerton, ALC, Tridium, and Niagara systems.

  2. Strong background in sales, estimating, and project management within the building automation controls industry.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and team members.

  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  5. Proficient in using software tools for project estimation, scheduling, design, and documentation.

  6. Must be local or willing to relocate.

  7. Stable work history and adherence to company policies and procedures.
