Responsibilities

Develop, expand and maintain relationships with Building Owners, Facility Managers, and Property Managers of commercial buildings
Develop pipeline from a pre-existing and new client base
Estimate service and project costs and write proposals
Work with vendors and subcontractors to provide cost-effective proposals

Requirements

Three or more years of Building Automation Controls Service Sales experience (ALC, Tridium, Distech, JCI/Metasys, among other BAS/controls systems)
Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong financial acumen
