Overview

Join our Critical Facilities team as a Building Systems Commissioning Manager in New Albany, OH. This role is crucial for managing project schedules, commissioning activities, installations, and personnel coordination to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to ensure all mechanical, electrical, and technology aspects meet requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and codes.
• Manage the commissioning team, assigning tasks to meet project milestones.
• Record all activities, test results, and deficiencies; provide progress reports.
• Attend essential meetings requiring management or technical support.
• Conduct quarterly goal reviews and performance appraisals.
• Develop and support training plans for direct reports.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the industry with a background in building automation and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Autodesk BIM products, Procore, Smartsheet, and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
• Strong communication skills to interface with customers and team members.
• Experience with data center/critical facility automation systems.
