Join our Critical Facilities team as a Building Systems Commissioning Manager in New Albany, OH. This role is crucial for managing project schedules, commissioning activities, installations, and personnel coordination to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement plans to ensure all mechanical, electrical, and technology aspects meet requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and codes.
Manage the commissioning team, assigning tasks to meet project milestones.
Record all activities, test results, and deficiencies; provide progress reports.
Attend essential meetings requiring management or technical support.
Conduct quarterly goal reviews and performance appraisals.
Develop and support training plans for direct reports.
Qualifications
6+ years in the industry with a background in building automation and mechanical/electrical systems.
Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Autodesk BIM products, Procore, Smartsheet, and MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
Strong communication skills to interface with customers and team members.
Experience with data center/critical facility automation systems.
