Commercial BAS Service Technician

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Commercial BAS Service Technician to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Service & Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of existing BAS installations to ensure they operate optimally.
Programming: Utilize point-to-point programming techniques to adjust, amend, or enhance system performance as per client requirements.
Start-Up & Commissioning: Play a key role in new system installations, ensuring they are set up correctly and commissioned to operate as intended.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to system configurations, modifications, and service records.
Customer Relations: Provide first-rate customer service, addressing client queries, explaining system operations, and making recommendations for system optimizations or upgrades.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in BAS technology and undergo training as necessary to ensure proficiency in new systems or software.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in BAS controls service.
- Proficient in point-to-point programming.
- Demonstrated experience in the start-up and commissioning of BAS systems.
- Niagara N4 Certification.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
