Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Drive the sales of HVAC equipment, including setting and achieving sales targets, developing pricing strategies, and managing customer relationships.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to company standards.
Team Management: Hire, train, and manage sales and office staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Project Oversight: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and service delivery.

Qualifications
