Job Title: Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Sales Executive

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients in the Orange County area, focusing on HVAC projects and installations.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for HVAC projects through a consultative sales approach, understanding the unique needs and requirements of each client.
Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to develop and present customized HVAC solutions that meet the client's needs, budget, and timeline.
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects, considering labor, materials, equipment, and other factors.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively position our company's services in the market.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that clearly communicate the value proposition of our HVAC solutions.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay current on market trends.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and progress towards targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on commercial projects and installations.
Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices.
Experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NATE, LEED) are a plus.
