Job Title: Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor
Location: Jacksonville, FL

Job Summary
We seek an experienced Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL, to lead and manage a team of skilled technicians installing, starting, commissioning, and repairing large-scale HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems, including package units, chillers, and boilers, and will demonstrate strong leadership and management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians in the field, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery on all projects.
  • Oversee the startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including large package units, chillers, and boilers.
  • Conduct hands-on work alongside the team, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgetary requirements.
  • Ensure all work complies with local and national HVAC regulations, including EPA standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service, repair, and startup.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a field service team, with hands-on experience in large HVAC systems.
  • EPA Universal Certification is required.
  • Must have a stable work history with a local presence in Jacksonville, FL.
  • A clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, package units, and control systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
