Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of our projects, from initial planning through completion. They will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage large-scale commercial HVAC projects.
  2. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other specifications.
  3. Prepare detailed project estimates and schedules using construction software.
  4. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure efficient execution of projects.
  5. Maintain compliance with budgetary, quality, and safety guidelines.
  6. Regularly update all stakeholders on project status.
  7. Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, specifically in large commercial HVAC projects.
  3. Familiarity with Bluebeam and other construction estimating and scheduling software.
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  7. Valid state driver's license.
  8. Solid understanding of HVAC systems and commercial mechanical construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. PMP certification.
  2. Experience with green building and sustainable construction methods.
