Commercial HVAC Project Sales
As an HVAC Project Sales, you will market the company to new and existing clients and develop turnkey solutions including estimating / proposal presentation for mechanical projects in commercial markets.
Commercial HVAC Project Sales responsibilities and duties:

Support the collective efforts and quality of the team; respond quickly and effectively to the needs of internal and external clients.

Develop proposals with pricing and margins consistent with the Company's requirements.

Manage and coordinate projects with management, technicians and dispatchers.

Responsible for meeting overall sales objectives by reaching sales and gross margin objectives.
Requirements:

5 to 8+ years of experience in sales in the HVAC industry

Ability delivering effective sales solutions/presentations at all levels (facility manager/property manager/CEO); able to bring the technical talking points down to laymen’s terms

Can prospect for sales opportunities within a customer base as well as developing opportunities outside of customer base
