Commercial HVAC Project Sales
 
As an HVAC Project Sales, you will market the company to new and existing clients and develop turnkey solutions including estimating / proposal presentation for mechanical projects in commercial markets.
 
Commercial HVAC Project Sales responsibilities and duties: 
 
  • Support the collective efforts and quality of the team; respond quickly and effectively to the needs of internal and external clients.
  • Develop proposals with pricing and margins consistent with the Company's requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate projects with management, technicians and dispatchers.
  • Responsible for meeting overall sales objectives by reaching sales and gross margin objectives.
 
Requirements
 
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in sales in the HVAC industry
  • Ability delivering effective sales solutions/presentations at all levels (facility manager/property manager/CEO); able to bring the technical talking points down to laymen’s terms
  • Can prospect for sales opportunities within a customer base as well as developing opportunities outside of customer base
  • Local and stable work history
