We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial HVAC Project Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Overview: The Commercial HVAC Project Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics. They will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and markets
  • Identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote our company and services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems and solutions
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Las Vegas, NV
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
