Responsibilities
Oversee the service department, ensuring division revenue, profit, safety, employee development, customer satisfaction, employee training and development, and business development meet and exceed company standards.
Plan, coordinate, set priorities, manage, review estimates, and train/develop technicians, service department office staff, and sales teams.
Requirements
Three or more years working as a Service Manager for a medium or large commercial mechanical HVAC service/construction contractor.
Five or more hands-on commercial HVAC service and repair experience.
Local and stable work history.
