Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead sales initiatives targeting the commercial HVAC market in San Jose and neighboring areas.
- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, comprehending their unique HVAC requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the commercial HVAC sector.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and services teams to ensure seamless project handover and high customer satisfaction.
- Attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars, further amplifying brand visibility and networking opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and participate in strategy sessions to optimize sales processes and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in or around San Jose, CA.
- Stable work history.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a related domain.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of the commercial HVAC market, products, and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, innate ability to influence and persuade.
