We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven professional for the position of Commercial HVAC Service/Project Sales in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate should have a local residency, a stable work history, and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector in San Francisco and the surrounding areas.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific HVAC needs and providing customized solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure successful project execution.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and accurate estimates to clients.
Provide input and support to the project management team during the execution of HVAC projects.
Ensure the negotiation and completion of contracts with clients, maintaining favorable terms for both parties.
Qualifications:
Local residency in San Francisco, CA.
A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in commercial HVAC sales.
