Summary

We seek a motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Service/Project Sales Representative to join our San Jose, CA team. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and extensive experience in commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and estimating. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to secure commercial HVAC service and project sales.
• Conduct thorough client needs assessments and provide accurate HVAC installation and service estimates.
• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure project specifications are met, and client expectations are exceeded.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Local candidate with a stable work history.
• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
• At least three years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using estimating software and CRM tools.
