We are looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in San Diego, CA. As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems in a variety of settings, including office buildings, retail stores, and warehouses.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating components
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with commercial HVAC systems
Repair or replace faulty components as needed
Install new HVAC systems in commercial buildings
Keep accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and hours worked
Communicate with customers to explain work performed and answer any questions they may have
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components, including electrical and mechanical systems
Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
