Location: San Diego, CA

We are a leading commercial HVAC company seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing, repairing, and diagnosing a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment, including large RTUs, split systems, Raypak and Lochinvar boilers, air and water screw centrifugal and magnetic chillers, LG, Mitsubishi, Daikin VRFs, water source heat pumps, VAVs, and other mechanical equipment. Responsibilities:

  1. Service, repair, and diagnose a variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including large RTUs, split systems, Raypak and Lochinvar boilers, air and water screw centrifugal and magnetic chillers, LG, Mitsubishi, Daikin VRFs, water source heat pumps, VAVs, and other mechanical equipment.

  2. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.

  3. Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely, effective solutions to customer needs.

  4. Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all company vehicle policies and procedures.

  5. Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.

  6. Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to enhance overall service quality.

  7. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and advancements.

  8. Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. EPA Universal Certification.

  2. Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and diagnosing a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment.

  3. Knowledge of industry best practices and safety guidelines.

  4. Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

  5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

  7. Must be local to San Diego, CA, or willing to relocate.

  8. Stable work history and adherence to company policies and procedures.
