Commercial Plumbing Lead/Foreman
Overview
Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation or repair of plumbing systems during the construction, from rough to finish.
Responsibilities
Travel to one or multiple job sites and ensure the commercial plumbing installations are completed on time, under budget, to code, and safely.
Read and interpret blueprints for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing systems.
Work hands-on and lead/mentor other plumbers in the field
Build and maintain a strong relationship with the building owner, GC, other subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and other internal/external stakeholders/
Requirements
1 or more years of leadership experience
6 or more years of commercial plumbing installation experience
Familiar with plumbing codes and safety regulations
