Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, coordination, and execution of commercial plumbing and HVAC projects.
- Work closely with design engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are impeccably met.
- Monitor and track project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to set parameters.
- Employ project management tools and software for efficient tracking, reporting discrepancies, and updating progress.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to facilitate the timely procurement of materials and services.
- Participate in formulating project proposals, ensuring accurate budgets and schedules are presented.
- Diligently review and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications to identify potential construction challenges. Propose solutions in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in or near Orange, CA.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Valid licenses in Plumbing, HVAC, EIT, or PE.
- At least five years of hands-on experience in construction, mechanical contracting, project estimation, or HVAC and plumbing system design.
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking, organizational skills, and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in various project management software and tools.
