Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and commercial mechanical construction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise HVAC and plumbing projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  3. Review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
  4. Perform project estimations and scheduling using construction software.
  5. Coordinate and oversee all construction activities.
  6. Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
  7. Ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  8. Report project status and developments to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in commercial mechanical construction.
  3. Familiarity with Bluebeam and other construction estimating and scheduling software.
  4. Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully.
  5. Excellent organizational, leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  7. Valid state driver's license.
  8. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and commercial mechanical construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. PMP certification.
  2. Experience with green building and sustainable construction methods.
