- Ensure the service vehicle is properly maintained, stocked with essential tools and parts, and meets all safety guidelines.
- Strengthen customer relations by delivering exceptional service, providing technical insights, and ensuring satisfaction with all repair and maintenance work.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HVAC-R is highly valued.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial refrigeration technology, or 3 years with a relevant Technical School degree.
- Comprehensive knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems, including diagnostics, repair, and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and apply basic electrical principles.
- Certified in safe handling of refrigerants and familiar with the regulations governing hazardous materials.
Preferred:
