We are a leading commercial and industrial piping company seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial/Industrial Piping Project Manager to join our team in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piping project management, including experience with labs, data centers, and hospitals, as well as a stable work history. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of commercial and industrial piping projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and completion.

  2. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time and within budget.

  3. Oversee project teams, including field personnel and subcontractors, to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

  4. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

  5. Utilize Bluebeam and other software tools for project management, documentation, and communication.

  6. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.

  7. Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation strategies as needed.

  8. Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5-15 years of piping project management experience, preferably in commercial and industrial settings, including labs, data centers, and hospitals.

  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and oversee project efforts.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and team members.

  4. Proficient in using software tools, such as Bluebeam, for project management, documentation, and communication.

  5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  6. Must be local to Orange County, CA, or willing to relocate.

  7. Stable work history and adherence to company policies and procedures.
