Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales efforts for commercial BAS controls systems, from lead generation to closing deals.
  2. Harness in-depth product knowledge to provide potential clients with tailored solutions to their unique needs.
  3. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and present appropriate solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
  5. Offer expert insights based on hands-on experience in BAS installation, service, programming, and project management.
  6. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their evolving needs and offering solutions that position our company as their preferred vendor.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  8. Provide precise estimates and quotes for prospective projects, ensuring profitability while delivering client value.

Qualifications:

  • Must be locally based in Riverside, CA.
  • Demonstrated stable work history.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial BAS controls systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • EIT or PE license is highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive experience in various facets of BAS, including installation, service, programming, estimating, sales, and project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a strategic sales mindset.
