Role Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Building Automation Controls Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and 3+ years of relevant project management experience in building automation controls. Being local to Seattle is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing building automation control projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Review engineering designs, assist in preparing and monitoring project schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports.
- Identify potential risks and work proactively to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to scope and bid potential projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of project management experience specifically in building automation controls.
- Local to the Seattle area.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and in team settings.
