Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing the project lifecycle of building automation systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Work alongside project teams to implement, service, start-up, and program control systems across various commercial projects.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to create precise project designs and schematics, aligning with both technical standards and client requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, enhancing project delivery and system functionality.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project activities to ensure transparency and adherence to guidelines.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and striving to exceed their project expectations.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in building automation controls, with a demonstrated track record in project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with building automation systems and their applications.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Certifications in Tridium, Niagara, or N4 are highly regarded.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating team collaboration and engaging with clients professionally.
