Requirements:
- Significant leadership experience in overseeing technical teams, with a strong preference for individuals with a background in HVAC or building automation sectors.
- In-depth understanding of HVAC DDC Control Theory and its practical applications in the field.
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and troubleshooting skills, capable of effectively juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer hardware and software relevant to HVAC controls and building automation systems.
- Adaptability to work both in office settings and on-site, with the ability to address challenges in various project environments.
- Technical training and certifications in HVAC control systems, with an engineering degree highly regarded.
- At least 3 years of direct experience working with commercial HVAC controls systems.
Preferred:
- Specific training and certification in popular control systems platforms, such as Tridium Niagara N4, Alerton, and Delta Controls.
