Summary

Join our team as a Critical Facilities Commissioning Lead in New Albany, OH. This pivotal role ensures the successful completion of complex projects, particularly in the data center/critical facility sector, by managing the commissioning process from start to finish. You will oversee the design, installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of essential facilities' mechanical, electrical, and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, including commissioning activities and installations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Document all commissioning activities and provide progress reports.
• Attend necessary meetings for management or technical support.
• Participate in quarterly goal reviews and performance appraisals.
• Support training and development plans for direct reports.
• Interface with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent, with 6+ years of industry experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with data center/critical facility automation and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Proficiency with Autodesk BIM products, Procore, Smartsheet, and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently on active construction sites.
