Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to our engineering team, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards and within established timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align engineering objectives with the broader organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and review engineering strategies, processes, and best practices to foster innovation and efficiency.
- Oversee complex engineering projects, ensuring they adhere to industry standards, safety guidelines, and client specifications.
- Act as a primary liaison with clients, partners, and vendors, fostering solid relationships built on reliability and trust.
- Mentor and guide engineering personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Residency in or near Orange, CA.
- A stable professional history.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the commercial engineering sector, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Mastery in using Revit for design and project management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
