Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to our engineering team, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards and within established timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align engineering objectives with the broader organizational goals.
Develop, implement, and review engineering strategies, processes, and best practices to foster innovation and efficiency.
Oversee complex engineering projects, ensuring they adhere to industry standards, safety guidelines, and client specifications.
Act as a primary liaison with clients, partners, and vendors, fostering solid relationships built on reliability and trust.
Mentor and guide engineering personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Residency in or near Orange, CA.
A stable professional history.
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
Active Professional Engineer (PE) License.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the commercial engineering sector, with a proven track record of leadership.
Mastery in using Revit for design and project management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
