Dispatch Manager (Porta Potty Rentals)

Oversee Dispatch/Service Coordinator department, ensuring the rental division, drivers, and deliveries for customers, sales, and service manager.
Maintain, coordinate, prioritize, and schedule multiple work orders for all rental service-related work.
Identify schedules, route changes, road conditions, accidents, and emergencies.
Maintain and update call logs, track work orders, time cards, vehicle maintenance, and run payroll.
Coordinate with and assist other divisions as needed.
Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. This includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as vandalism to fences, trailers, or porta potties.
Manage inventory with team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses.
Three or more years of management experience and seven or more years of dispatch/service coordination experience working for a commercial fence company.
Local and stable work history.
Associates Degree or higher.
Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish.
