EcoStruxure Service Technician

Responsibilities:
Implement, maintain, and repair EcoStruxure systems, ensuring they meet the latest standards of functionality and innovation.
Conduct thorough diagnostics and routine inspections of systems to ensure reliability and performance.
Collaborate with project management teams to integrate EcoStruxure solutions into broader building management systems.
Provide detailed technical support and training to clients, enhancing their understanding and utilization of system capabilities.
Manage documentation of all service operations, adhering to compliance and reporting requirements.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to service practices and procedures.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Certified in EcoStruxure service and maintenance, with a strong understanding of Schneider Electric products.
At least 3 years of experience in technical service roles related to building management systems, particularly in a commercial mechanical construction environment.
Proficiency in diagnostics tools, software applications, and technologies used in building automation systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills, capable of explaining complex systems in an accessible manner.
