About Us

We are a leading firm specializing in forensic architecture and building diagnostics, focusing on identifying and solving complex architectural and construction challenges. We seek a highly experienced Forensic Architect to join our Honolulu office.

Position Summary

The Forensic Architect is responsible for conducting detailed investigations on building defects, failures, and other complex architectural issues. Utilizing a comprehensive skill set that combines architectural knowledge and forensic expertise, the Forensic Architect will work to diagnose problems, develop solutions, and provide litigation support when necessary.


This position is based in our Honolulu, HI office. The candidate must be local, as remote work is not an option for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct forensic investigations to identify architectural defects and failures in various building types.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Serve as an expert witness in legal proceedings, providing comprehensive documentation and testimony.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and legal experts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, codes, and regulations.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Consult with clients to determine the scope and requirements of investigations.


  • A minimum of 8 years of forensic architecture experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or higher
  • Licensed Architect
  • Stable work history demonstrating career growth and reliability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Must be a local candidate residing in or willing to relocate to Honolulu, HI
