Overview:
As the GPS Air IAQ Regional Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of forging meaningful connections, driving sales growth, and maximizing customer engagement and retention across various sectors, including contractors, consulting engineers, architects, and owners.
Your role is pivotal in interfacing with end-users, showcasing how integrating GPS Air's technology within the NSWC Equipment framework translates to tangible financial and environmental benefits. Your task will be to grow and solidify our customer foundation.
Responsibilities:
- Position yourself as a GPS Air technology connoisseur, understanding its distinct features, benefits, and market edge.
- Pinpoint, engage, and rank prospective accounts using significant metrics.
- Build multi-level connections within client organizations.
- Undertake preliminary data collection, site inspections, construction plan evaluations, and other foundational tasks.
- Regularly gauge customer requirements and analyze market opportunities.
- Dictate project parameters, including pricing strategies, potential constraints, and obligations to meet the client's HVAC system specifications.
- Deliver insights and solutions, designing HVAC systems that address client needs, factoring in financial and performance metrics.
- Oversee project estimations, equipment choices, pricing, and the cohesive integration of equipment, controls, and services.
- Use the company's CRM tool for proficient pipeline administration, planning, and forecasting.
- Arrange meetings with prospective accounts, tapping into leads from existing partners.
- Organize informative sessions for end-users and key industry influencers.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to industry peers and end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, construction/engineering technology, business, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in direct sales, ideally within HVAC, commercial mechanical systems, or the IAQ domain.
- Stellar communication abilities, both oral and written.
- Established prowess in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
- Skill in marketing and strategic planning.
- Preparedness for travel as required.
