We seek a seasoned HR Director with 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals.
  • Lead the HR department and consult management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
  • Develop HR plans and policies, including organizational structure, compensation, career development, and workplace culture.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization's leadership and employees.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Monitor and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Oversee talent management, including attraction, retention, and succession planning.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 15+ years of HR experience, with at least five years in a Director or above capacity.
  • Proven expertise in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Local candidate with stable work history preferred.
