Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule HVAC service calls and maintenance appointments.
Dispatch technicians to various job sites and provide them with necessary information.
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service tasks.
Communicate effectively with customers to confirm service details and provide updates.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and job statuses.
Collaborate with the service team to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
Address and resolve any service-related issues or emergencies promptly.
Requirements
Local candidate with a stable work history.
Minimum of five years of experience as a service coordinator or dispatcher in the commercial HVAC industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial HVAC service procedures.
