Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service calls and dispatch HVAC technicians to various job sites.
Maintain communication with technicians and clients to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Monitor and manage the status of ongoing service calls and update clients accordingly.
Handle emergency service requests and prioritize jobs based on urgency and client needs.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and technician activities.
Assist in managing inventory and ordering necessary parts and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries and complaints professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience as a service coordinator or dispatcher in the commercial HVAC industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in using dispatching software and other computer applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
