The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the commercial HVAC industry, with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be local to the Bay Area and demonstrate a stable work history, reflecting reliability and a deep understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Managed and dispatched HVAC service technicians to various commercial job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Develop and maintain service schedules, prioritizing urgent requests while optimizing technician routes to maximize productivity.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, coordinating service calls, and providing updates on service status.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions using industry-standard software.
Work closely with the service management team to ensure all customer needs are met, and service operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Dispatcher or Service Coordinator within the commercial HVAC industry.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems.
Proven track record of stable employment within the Bay Area, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Familiarity with software such as MS Project, Bluebeam, and HVAC-specific dispatching tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
