Key Responsibilities:

  • Head sales operations, targeting the Sacramento commercial HVAC market and its adjacent areas.

  • Cultivate and fortify relationships with our loyal client base while actively venturing into new business terrains.

  • Offer informed consultations to clients, discerning their needs and proposing the ideal HVAC equipment configurations.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with our technical and post-sales units, ensuring we consistently rise above client anticipations and cultivate repeat patronage.

  • Relentlessly meet or outstrip monthly and annual sales objectives, marking a pivotal contribution to the firm's bold growth strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Residency in or in proximity to Sacramento, CA.

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or an equivalent advanced qualification.

  • A minimum of 5 years of credible experience in commercial HVAC equipment sales.

  • Comprehensive technical acumen related to commercial HVAC products, encompassing RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, and VRFs.

  • Stable work history

  • Stellar interpersonal dynamics complemented by clear and engaging communication skills, laying the foundation for resonant client dialogues and successful business completions.
