Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator to join our team in Orange County, CA. The successful candidate will be a local professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating, a strong background in large commercial projects, and familiarity with Trimble AutoBid software. Knowledge of Title 24, OSHPD, and HCAI requirements is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimation: Utilize your expertise to prepare accurate and detailed estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
  • Trimble AutoBid: Navigate and proficiently use Trimble AutoBid software to enhance the precision and efficiency of the estimation process.
  • Project Experience: Apply your knowledge and experience in estimating large commercial HVAC projects, ensuring thorough and competitive proposals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all estimates and proposals align with Title 24, OSHPD, and HCAI requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for precise estimates.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of estimates, proposals, and relevant project details.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and changes in regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating.
