Role Overview
We seek a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Camarillo, CA. In this crucial role, you will serve as our clients' vital point of contact, ensuring seamless sales operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing the quoting and sales process from start to finish. Your success will be driven by your ability to build relationships, generate accurate proposals, and work collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure consistent satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the primary liaison for all customer inquiries and sales support needs.
  • Oversee and manage the lifecycle of sales projects, from initial inquiry to final delivery. Ensure that sales targets are met and projects are completed on time.
  •  Prepare and provide detailed, accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts tailored to client specifications, ensuring timely and error-free submissions.
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of sales projects and superior customer service.
  • Uphold the company's core values of safety, integrity, collaboration, and customer-centric service, demonstrating professionalism and dedication in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; additional education or certifications in HVAC or related technical fields are preferred.
  • At least 5 years of proven inside sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry, with a strong focus on customer relationship management and sales process execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a history of building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential. Comfort with HVAC-related software and sales tools is a plus.
  • A local, stable work history with a track record of success in sales is preferred.
