Role Overview
We seek a dynamic and experienced HVAC Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Camarillo, CA. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the inside sales team, drive sales performance, manage customer relationships, and ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales team, setting clear goals and expectations to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support throughout sales.
- Prepare and oversee the creation of accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and customer service, to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
- Mentor and coach sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and teamwork.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent and additional certification or training in HVAC or related fields is highly desirable.
- Minimum of five years of experience in inside sales within the commercial HVAC industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team, including performance management and professional development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, and the ability to quickly learn and utilize CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
