Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC-Plumbing Project Manager to lead our team in Honolulu, HI. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all stages of project life cycle including planning, execution, and closeout.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify project specifications and requirements.
3. Prepare project bids, manage budgets, and track billings.
4. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
5. Procure all necessary materials and fixtures, coordinating with suppliers and contractors as needed.
6. Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.
7. Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
9. Regularly provide updates to all stakeholders regarding project progress.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC-Plumbing Project Manager.
2. Proven experience managing large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, including work on hospitals, education facilities, commercial buildings, and public works projects.
3. Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with estimating scheduling software.
5. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. BSME or a degree in Construction Management preferred.
7. Must have a local, stable work history.
