Job Summary
We seek a dedicated HVAC Project Coordinator to join our San Jose, CA team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of HVAC projects, contributing to delivering high-quality mechanical solutions in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the scheduling, planning, and execution of HVAC projects, ensuring all activities are aligned with project timelines and client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication to address project updates, inquiries, and any potential issues.
• Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution and budget adherence.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including work orders, schedules, and client correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Monitor project progress to ensure all HVAC systems meet industry standards and client expectations, conducting inspections and coordinating with quality control teams as necessary.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a service coordinator, dispatcher, or project coordinator within the commercial HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Must be a local candidate with a stable work history in the Bay Area, demonstrating a deep understanding of the regional market and client base.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software such as MS Project, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD is preferred.
