Summary

We seek an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our San Francisco Bay Area team. The ideal candidate will be local, possess a stable work history, and have a strong background in mechanical project management. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee project execution and resolve any on-site issues.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all team members.
Requirements
  • Local candidate with a stable work history.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in mechanical project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and sheet metal.
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications in project management or HVAC systems.
  • Experience with large-scale construction projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
