Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HVAC and sheet metal project phases, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to specifications.
Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
Ensure all projects comply with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards while maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Candidates must be based in San Jose, CA, and have a stable work history.
Minimum of 5 years of mechanical project management experience, specifically in HVAC and sheet metal.
